Non-Refund Policy for services rendered
Services Rendered: Once I have provided services at Spot On Salon, they are considered complete and non-refundable. This includes all salon services such as haircuts, coloring, styling, hair extensions, treatments, and any other services offered.
Satisfaction Guarantee: While I aim to surpass your expectations during every visit, satisfaction can vary due to individual preferences. I encourage open communication during your service to ensure your needs are met to the best of my ability.
Modifications: If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a service, I will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns and make adjustments if possible. However, this does not warrant a refund of the original service cost.
Return or Exchange Policy for hair products purchased at Spot on Salon
Hair products purchased at Spot On Salon can be returned or exchanged even if opened, as long as the product hasn't been used more than twice. Returned products must be in their original packaging. Refunds for returned products will be issued in the form of a Spot On Salon Gift Voucher.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
To secure your appointment, I require a card on file. If you no-call, no-show, 50% of the service fee will be charged for the first occurrence, and 100% for the second. Please note that these charges are non-refundable and do not apply to your next appointment. And if you do not pay your no-show invoice, you will no longer be allowed to be a client at Spot on Salon.
By receiving services or purchasing products at Spot On Salon, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this no-money-return policy.
